The Wentworth Gates gate installation team are a small but mighty team of dedicated professionals. With over three decades of combined experience, we deliver first-class service every time.
David Bell
Director
David founded Wentworth Gates ten years ago. He had previously worked in the automatic door industry, but with an unexpected redundancy and a family member requiring an automatic gate, David stepped in, and the company was born. With hard work and dedication to meeting his client’s needs, David has grown the company into the industry-leading organisation it is today.
An excellent eye for detail, combined with years of experience, has given David an innate grasp of delivering the perfectly suited gate for all property types.
David has always offered a very personal service and is known for going the extra mile to deliver. With great suppliers and an outstanding gate installation team behind him, the company has grown an excellent reputation and client base throughout the South East.
Luke Sutherland
Office Manager
Luke is our Office Manager and the glue that holds our behind-the-scenes operation together. He keeps all our customers happy by being responsive and organised, he is hardworking and has excellent attention to detail.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Luke, and he does everything with a smile; his upbeat attitude is great for team spirit. We love being greeted by Luke in the morning, as our customers do when he answers the phone!
Robert Nash
Installation Manager
Robert has been at the company since 2017.
A chance introduction when he was delivering a giant inflatable at the director’s daughter’s party was the start of a fantastic career. Robert arrived at 6:00 a.m., keen to deliver a bouncy castle the size of a small house. At that first meeting, David knew he would be a great addition to the Wentworth Gates team. Still, he conducted a formal interview (over the desk and not in the back garden) a couple of days later, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Robert is hardworking and loyal. He is a perfectionist, has a great rapport with our customers and will always go the extra mile. But above all, he really cares about his work.
Robert has worked up from his initial trainee position and is now a master gate installer, bricklayer and brilliant manager.
Matt Bricklebank
Engineer
Matt is always smiling and a super positive guy to have around with an electrical and landscaping background.
Matt is already looking to be a promising engineer. His hobbies are football and all things fitness.
Nicholas Edwards
Engineer/Groundworker
One of our newest team members, Nick, has been with Wentworth Gates since 2021 and has proven himself a valuable addition to our company.
He is hardworking with a natural eye for detail; he has learned quickly and will shortly be out heading an installation team of his own.
Stuart Ramsay
Electrical Engineer
Stuart is an ex Land Rover mechanical and electrical engineer with decades of fault-finding under his belt. Wentworth Gates thought Stuart would fit right in, and that it would be easy to move his skill base over to gates, Stuart has proven us right.
Stuart is a hardworking, reliable old school guy!! He will not leave until he has found the fault.
Sam Stockel
Engineer
Sam is a very hardworking polite young individual who enjoys hiking. Sam is a quick learner and a huge asset to the company.
Sam’s dog is the new company mascot.
